(Latakia, Syria) The Latakia governorate has become a destination for hundreds of thousands of displaced people from other Syrian governorates. There are one and half million people here who were forced to leave their homes because of the war. ʼUmm Ahmad and her family were among those who fled to Latakia as the clashes intensified in Aleppo.
